Clutch Noise?

Ok. Last week me and my dad put a new clutch in my car. Today, when got to my house, I reved up my engine with the car in neutral, and it made a weird sound. It was kind of like a ticking sound. I didnt notice it when I was driving. It does it when I rev it up and it drops back down. When it gets back to the lower rpms it makes the sound. When I push in the clutch just a little bit, the sound stops. Does anyone know what my problem is? Also, my clutch pedal has been vibrating when I am driving. It vibrates when it is all the way out, but if I put my foot on the pedal a little bit, it stops vibrating. This makes me think these two things are related. It just today started the sound. Any ideas?

Ok thanks alot. Now a questiona bout that. Is there a way to tighten the stock cable? If not, can I buy an adjuster that goes on the firewall and use it with the stock cable?

lift up on the stock pedal to adjust the stock cable.

a FWA works with the stock cable (which is the preferred cable and reason FWA's are around - most aftermarket cables are adjustable without a FWA).

good luck.

new clutch installed has chattering noise

i have a 2003 mustang gt convertable and i just had a new corbra clutch kit installed and my tranny fluid change but the clutch still makes a little chattering noise but goes away when i push on the clutch its not loud or anything i have to put my head down lower to hear it. the people that put the clutch in said that it is normal and it will go away in about 500 to 1000 miles when the clutch is fully broke in, but also when u rev it up while ur in nuetral it u can also can hear rhe chattering noise to. I am just to find out if this is normal or not .
