Guy's, this is driving me absolutley crazy. I have had a really stiff clutch in this car since I bought it. I had to replace the clutch in Oct. '04. Went with a SPEC Stage 2 clutch. The pedal was great, nice an light. During the 500 mile breakin, I thought it started to feel stiffer. By the time I had 1000 miles on it, it was really stiff, just like the previous clutch. Well, I burnt that clutch up and needed a replacement. Everything associated with the clutch was changed: cable, quadrant, FWA, fork pivot ball stud, TO bearing, TOB retainer, pressure plate, cluch disk... everything. When I started it up for the first time yesterday, it was great, nice and light, easy to use. After the first 60 miles or so, I felt it was getting stiffer. I thought that I might just be paranoid, so I loosened the FWA just a little bit. It instantly felt lighter after the adjustment. So I continued to put more miles on it. Now I have about 160 miles on it, and I still think it is getting stiffer. What is going on?
