Ok heres the deal. Im writing this for my dad who has a 98 Ranger "manual tranny". We have these jackass' that park in front of our driveway entrance a leave very little room for us to get out. We've talked to them a few times but their clueless. Anyways one morning on the way to work, it was icy, my dad kinda got pinned between them and going in the ditch. Needless to say he lost his cool and was banging the gears from 1st to reverse, just raking the gears. He pulled to a near by stoplight and new something wasnt right. Now when we start it, all gears work, it goes into all gears just fine but the clutch pedal is real wimpy for lack of a better word. Almost no tension on it at all, what are some of the possiblities of what could have happened here? I really aprecciate all advice ahead of times guys.

Wish I could help you out...I had a 99 ranger but it was an auto...maybe he screwed up the clutch cable...

You might ought to try sites with Ranger forums...like www.ford-trucks.com

Jesus gets tough sins out?

Are you trying to be a dork or does it just come naturally?
