Clutch problem.

Well, I got everything finished and went to take the car out for a test drive.....which lasted all of 10 secs. When I let the clutch pedal out all the way, the clutch is still somewhat dis-engauged. I pulled the cable clutch system off so that there was nothing attached to the clutch fork, and tried to start it in gear. No luck, samething happens. The only thing I can think of is that the throw out bearing is wrong. I remember that I had to tighten the bolts to get the bellhousing on all the way cause the throw out bearing hit the pressure plate before the bellhousing was on all the way. So I assume that this is the problem. If it is, then what do I do? When doing a T-5 swap using the clutch fork, dust cover, and bellhousing from the 87GT I got the tranny off of, what kind of throw out bearing do I use? I bought one for a 87 GT, although, Kragen might have messed up and given me the wrong part ( I guess it's what I get for shopping there ). Should I be using a throw out bearing for an 87, or something else? Any other thoughs?

Ya, I am sure. Something else that popped into my head. The piviot ball for the clutch fork, should there be a lock washer on it? I remember pulling one off the orinigal, so I put it back when I replaced the piviot ball with a new one, which I bought from Ford. Could this be the problem? Also, when I let the clutch out, what caused it the vibrate? I know this is a problem some people have after they do like a clutch swap, so I want to fix whatever is the problem while I am there.
