Clutch Problem?

Not sure about adjusting the clutch as it is a self adjusting type.It used to be you had to pull up on the clutch untill it clicked,then push it back to reset it.

As for the heavy/light feel.It could be the throwout bearing losing it's grease.It's a sealed type but they do eventually lose their lubricity.Does it do this at high rpm's? How long has it been doing this? Also make sure there is not something getting in the way under the dash.Such as a mass of wires getting stuck in the clutch quadrant.

Also, I realized that the clutch pedal is really far away from the floor. I've heard that it's possible to shorten its distance.. is this true?

you can shorten the distance,go to steeda.com or u can check out stuff on ebay?its ur choice.V8's are closer to the floor,for some reason our V6 r high up.im guess that its not ford is trying to keep the V6 as a regluar car? im in progess of changing everything into a gt slowly.
