clutch problems please help

I ordered a centerforce dual friction clutch and I just put it on and bolted my trans back on (this is all outside the car) I got the transmission rebuilt and I have a new ford oem throwout bearing on there. I was guessing I got sent the wrong pressure plate because I had to use a 5/16 drill bill on the pressure plate holes in order to fit the bolts through to the flywheel. (spec flywheel) Whenever I push in the pedal now, really close to the floor it makes a nasty creak noise. It doesn't do it when you engage it though. It sounds like the throwout bearing is binding up almost on the fingers. If you push down very slowly it won't make the noise. What a pain in the ass lol looks like ill be taking it all out again, I just bolted up the longtubes too This is my guess but I wanted to check with you guys first If you could help me out I would really appreciate it.

yeah I did that and when you look up from under it seems like its coming from around the throwout bearing. Is it normal to have to drill the pressure plate out? THanks for the help

Well you can adjust the cable with the firewall adjuster to the point where it doesn't do it. The only thing with that is
it gets pretty loose and the top half of the pedal is very light and spongy feeling. I'm not sure how the dual frictions feel but I am asumming this is not normal. I also don't think I could fully disengage the clutch with it set this loose. I talked to the place that rebuilt my trans and he basically told me to drive it and not worry about it and if it still does it swing it by and they will take a look at it. I guess I just want to get a second opinion on that before I keep putting my car back together. I was also wondering if one of the small weights on the pressure plate could cause this to happen, I wouldn't think so though.
