Hi all

Ok I just had my trans rebuilt and figured why I was at it I would replace the flywheel,clutch pressure plate and Release Bearing everything went togethere fine but I can't get the clutch to disengage. I have a self adjusting clutch I tried to adjust it like the manual says but it still will not release the clutch.

and was wondering if I can change it out to one of these. Steeda Adjustable Clutch Cable, Double Hook Quadrant and Firewall Adjuster - '83-'95

Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated

I think this is the best adjuster out there, unfortunately its on backorder here. http://www.atomicperformance.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=737
Maybe you can look around the internet to see if someone has it for sale now.

That's the cruise control cut off for the clutch.

There are a lot of good firewall adjusters out there. Nothing wrong with the Steeda, I've had one for years. UPR makes a nice one too.
