So now that I have the blower on I have serious clutch slippage under hard acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear. I kinda figured it was gonna happen (brand new factory clutch....well 1500 miles but put on 8 months ago before the blower was even a serious thought. I know the clutch companies claim numbers but what are you supercharged guys running to put the power to the road? I don't even wanna head to the dyno without this issue corrected....any advice so much appreciated

I'm running a RAM Powergrip with stock flywheel. I bought it several years ago before I went with a Vortech, or even thought of one. I'm used to race clutches in my other cars I've had. This one is on or off with only a little slippage. But it hasn't given me one issue. I know Centerforce and Spec make good clutches, but I have heard guys have issues with their install causing it to go bad immediately. My RAM was cake to install and once setup with a stock clutch cable and FWA and quad it hasn't slipped or done anything under boost or launch.

Anybody running the exedy mach500? Seems to have good reviews....input?

My stocker was done with the blower so I recently replaced it. Ram HDX 10.5" with a new stock flywheel. I love it. No slip, easy to drive, and inexpensive.
