Clutch Squeeling.. Help please

My car just turned over 20000 KM/12000 miles.. If I just rest or barely touch the clutch pedal it squeels fairly loudly. Any Ideas?

Throw out bearing. Remove the access panel on the tranny (where the cable goes in) and spray some White Lithium Grease up in there on the TOB.
