Alright, I’m moving on to transmission as engine finally done. I’ve never dropped a transmission except on a vw so I’m about to get a ln education on it. Figured I’d ask yall what I need to look for one issue. T5 transmission- when I try to engage clutch it moves about two inches and then dead stops! Person who owned it had it rebuilt. Owner put on new clutch , pressure plate and throw out bearing, I think he said a stage 2 set up. Ever since then the clutch is impossible. He said he went in there cuz the clutch was really hard to push down . So , knowing it was already hard to push i assumed it was cabling but i replace it and the quadrant but it still isn’t just hard to push but impossible. So im going to drop the transmission and see wtf he screwed up. What should I be looking for? I mean, he had to have ligned it up, he got it on. What could be causing this
