I think both of those are made by the same company. Since it's a replacement, the outfit that makes them probably bought and owns the original Ford tooling. If not, they would have to make it different somehow without having the wrath of Ford come down on them.

Oh and here's another tip: CALL THEM before ordering. All too often websites say they have stuff they don't have or has to be drop-shipped.

Make sure they have one on hand before you pull the trigger or you could be waiting months.

CJ Pony is famous for listing stuff as in stock that isn't. They're the last company I'd order anything from...and they're driving distance from me.

I just waited a month to get fuel filler neck gaskets. Got tired of waiting..... ordered from Blue Oval and they both arrived same day. Same exact pieces from Daniel Carpenter.
Also added a small brake line adapter to my cart at CJ to hit the free shipping, and that Maximum Motorsport part took a month also.
I’m done with CJ for now!!
