I was wondering what Latemodel Restoration supply, abcexclusive or another company cobra grille inserts are like? Cervini seems to be alot more, but is it that much better?

I got mine from 50resto. It was an actual ford insert. It also came with a template. Not sure on how hard to install, I had a shop install mine. I had them put two rivits in the top for more support.

But it would be different on a LX right, that car has the GT front?

Shouldn't be too different. You'd just have to cut out the center "bar" in the LX grill.

Unless you know paint and have the tools, I'd pay a shop to have it done right and also someone to fall back on if it doesn't quite work out.

I don't see it in the pictures, but where the bottom meets the bumper wouldn't it have a gap if it wasn't molded in?
