Cobra I.R.S. Rear end Swap?

What all is entailed in converting a GT into an IRS rear end from a cobra? I can get a 2001 Cobra rear end for $250 form a neighbor but I want to know if I can throw it on my car without too much trouble. The rear end has all the suspension arms and stuff as well.

Do you plan on dragging your car? If so, then you may want to keep the old 8.8

i know a guy who just completed this swap with an 03 cobra...go to www.v8stangs.com and look for Rick6306[something like those numbers] Its a small forum, but i know he has a thread in one of the sections.
