I think you can reuse the top end of the Cobra intake, with particular 351 lowers...

As stated...
The upper from your 302 can be used, but the 302 Cobra lower will not fit the 351w block.

The Lightning lower or the Cobra R lower are the only options, that I know of, for reusing the 302 Cobra upper.

the lower is also refered to as a 351W GT40 lower.

And yes, it will bolt right to it. I happen to have that exact combo on teh shelf in the garage. Now if I only had the motor to go under it....
