Cobra intake GT40 intake?

Is there a difference between the two lowers? I have a friend that says he'll trade me his GT40 for my Cobra intake. Can we just swap uppers or do we have to swap the uppers and lowers? Thanks in advance for any help.

yes the lowers are the same.

the lowers are the same, but the uppers are also reaaaaally close so it makes no sense to swap other than for looks...

Thanks guys! He bought the car with the GT40 intake on it and does not like the way it looks. I do like the way it looks but didn't want to pull my whole intake off to do the swap.
