Cobra intake swap

I am half way done with my cobra intake swap on my 1991 Notch. I noticed that the factory intake has 2 hoses for antifreeze but i dont see that on the cobra intake. how do i go about running these hoses. Also are there any other changes that need to be made on the cobra intake. any help is appreciated.

Bolt and cooling patters are the same on the Cobra lower as on the stock lower manifold.

im talking about the 2 lines that go to the upper near the throttle body and egr spacer.

You are referring to the coolant hoses that flow coolant through the throttle body spacer. The Cobra intake has a built-in spacer and does not need the hoses. Plug the hole in the upper-left corner of the lower intake and cut/plug the two hoses that connect to the spacer.
