That's the part. Dang. Missed it. Any idea what it's called (i refer to it as "the black pipe thingy going from the heads to the radiator that has a rust spot").

I have a bare block with the complete heads and timing chain cover, valve covers ,and oil pan and a matching forged 8-bolt crank> NO RODS OR PISTIONS . BOTH BLOCK AND CRANK WILL NEED WORK.
