Cobra Motor Question??

What is the difference between the 5.0 Cobra motor and the 5.0 motor in a GT or LX besides the GT40 Intake and the GT40 Heads??

What is the difference in MAFs?

The Cobra MAF is tuned to the Cobra computer.

I think the MAF's are different diameter

It is a larger MAF and even though the Cobra ran a 24# inj the EEC takes care of the calibration, so it will not work on a A9L or A3M, etc..

The Cobra also had a different cam...

It's 70mm to the reg 5.0's 55mm i beleive

The cobras also had hypereutectic cast pistons, since they were '93 and newer motors, same with all '93 newer Stangs.
