I have a 2000 V6. I was wondering what is involved in converting to Cobra pads and calipers......will they ( the calipers) hook up to my existing brake lines? Will I need Cobra rotors as well?

They are a direct bolt on for the fronts. YOu will need the rotors as well.

I suggest using Stainless Steel brake line for if you continue to use the rubber lines, well you are not getting the full compliment of stopping power that will be gained on changing them.

The rear are all the same, the GT/v6/Cobra the only thing different for the CObra is that the mounting bracket is bigger to allow bigger rotor to fit. THat includes removing the rear cover, taking the c clips off the axles and removing them slightly to change the mounting bracket off the v6 and to change them. I have not done this for that reason. I will though, a nice powdercoated caliper is nice to see through the rims with the advantage of the bigger brakes as well.
