SVT has been very helpful and friendly whenever I have called.

Off topic: I called SVT when I couldnt get a straight answer as to whether the 03 axle would fit my 01 cobra(I broke one a while back). The guy that answered the phone wasnt for sure but ran off and asked an engineer and came back with a definite answer, Yes the 03 axle fits the 01 car(but not 99). Very helpful!!!!

I faxed them my registration for the same reason. It was perfectly acceptable. Took like a week or two for delivery. Makes a nice piece for framing
