Cobra R Center Caps

So I'm told that the Ford Cobra R center caps won't fit the reproduction Cobra R wheels? Is this true?

Here are the wheels I'm talking about.

87-93 95 COBRA R WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE, CHROME 17X9 4-LUG - MOUNTED & BALANCED MUSTANG

I'd like to get something other than their bland, black center cap.

You could always get a custom decal shop to make you some decals to put over top. If you gave them an image they could probably make it the right diameter to fit the center cap. Just a thought?

I have a feeling someone is already doing this and selling them on ebay but not sure.
