Steve, you have a PM. This is the conversion I'd like to do

Any chance of this fitting a 1971 9 inch small bearing housing?

Except for the parking brake cable, the rest of the system is complete. If you have a medium axle bearing housing, and you'd like to figure out the parking brake cable yourself, we have 25 sets of the SN-95 V6/GT conversion brackets (for the 10½" solid rotors) sitting on the shelf at this very moment.

So, I'm guessing when I do the console mounted parking brake I took out of a '93 GT (including the sheetmetal bracket that spotwelds to the floor) and it's brand new parking brake calbes, I'd be able to hook these up to the SN-95 calipers? The GT was a drum rear, I guess I need to ask this on the 5.0 board. How much are the brackets for the 10.5" rotors?

Yes.

The Cobra rear discs I installed on the '80 Monarch 9-inch rear end for my '68, shares the same exact housing end flange as the end flange of your '71's 9-inch. --both these rear ends also have the very same bearing configuration as the 8-inch rear ends.

If you are going to use the '87-'93 Fox Mustang parking brake lever mounted on the transmission/drive shaft tunnel, this would be no problem to hook the parking brake cables up.

What's holding me up is trying to figure out how to tie them back into the existing vintage cable system, since this is what the majority of vintage Mustangers would be dealing with.

I'll talk to Glen tonight about what we have invested in the brackets that we have for the 10½" solid rotors, and I'll try and get back, soon, with an answer for you.

Thanks!

Steve, I have the Fox cables as well. I've been looking for a way to hook them up to the drums, well no more!!! But the guys on the 5.0 Tech says I will have to adapt them, so maybe I ought to use a '94+ Ebrake and cables?

Yeah, I would suggest using the '94-up cables that were designed for the SN-95 Mustang rear discs, to keep things simpler.
