was wondering. when i am sitting in neutral and slowly give the car slow steady gas to about 1300 rpm the car has a decent shake to it. if i get into it more seems to smooth out pretty quick. i have done some routine maintenance since it is a 94 cobra so it does have new motor and trans mounts. the car is a 5 spd. I was thinking maybe a flywheel issue but not sure at this point. i am aware of the h.d. issues but mine appears to be fine. any thoughts.
may be something or nothing

If you replaced your mounts with polyurethane mounts instead of the stock rubber, you'll definitely feel more shaking in the car. I would doubt the harmonic balancer or flywheel are the problem, because the engine would shake harder the higher the engine revs up. Since you're smoothing out after 1300, something else is bad.

Unfortunately, running rough can be caused by a lot of things; it can even be several parts that are out of calibration. How's your gas mileage? Our cars can run rough if the engine is running rich. Have you cleaned the MAF meter recently?

haven't done anything to the maf recently. car seems to be running good. the plugs , wires, cap rotor are all new from this past fall. I do have poly engine mounts the trans is standard but i have had them on plenty of stangs and never seem to notice anything like this
