just as the title says, i get the code 122 in my koeo test, it is a throttle position sensor too low code. I dont understand that, i know i just replaced this thing a couple months back with a new ford unit.

What is the baseline reading of the TPS? If the sensor is within the adaptive limit (within about 20% of the normal spec) it will simply adapt. WHen the reading is too low and cant be adapted, it tosses a code.

Good luck Jason.

Double check and see if the TPS is still putting out around 1V at idle. Then reset the comp and run it for 20 miles, then retest the comp and see if it goes away. If it doesn't, Then the sig rtn line might not be connected at the main wiring harness or at the computer.

I have code 122 and my tps w/ koeo is 4.85 volts and when I go to wot ot actually goes down to 4.20 volts. Im not sure what to make of this???
Do you think my tps is bad? Any input or help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Grady is right on. Disconnect it and check each wire. This will help narrow down if the issue is in the wiring or TPS.
