I pulled a 47 and 67 KOEO code. can only find out what code 47 is for KOER test. What does it mean for KOEO test? Also have a WOT miss above 3K. TFI tested good. When the puter is reset the miss goes away for about 2 days then it is back. That leads me to believe it's a puter controlled problem.(sensor, relay ect) if you roll into the throttle above 3k it's fine, just does it when I'm at WOT. when I bought the car(1 1/2 month ago) the wires into the WOT relay to cut the A/C off at WOT the wires were fried. I fixed the wires is there any way to test this relay? Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

turn on the a/c. rev the motor (WOT) and note if the a/c clutch cuts off.

you can also hold the relay and bump the throttle and feel the relay energize.
test light also works - if you have schematics.
good luck.

i dont have codes around - what is it?

if you are blowing warm air, is the a/c clutch even engaging? if you are low on charge, the LPS may be keeping the circuit dead. that would make the WOT relay stuff kinda useless (the LPS feeds the coil on the WOT relay - no juice out of the LPS, no WOT relay kicking the a/c off.

oh ok, that is normal. to determine WOT, IIRC, the puter uses the TPS to determine what WOT is. for me, 2/3 to 3/4 throttle is enough to trip the relay (the TPS is saying that it is at WOT or close enough to the threshold).

plus at WOT you remove vac, which can affect HVAC stuff anyhow.
i would not sweat it. and i would not remove the WOT relay to bypass this phenomenon - it is there for a reason. you dont really want to turn the a/c compressor at WOT at 6K rpm (plus it takes away power). i dont think you were gonna do this, but someone earlier wanted to do this.
good luck.

the A/C thing is fine but really trying to figure out this code 47. this is the code meaning(4WD switch closed (E4OD) Don't know how it would be giving this code for a stang. (Measured air flow too low at base idle) is a code 47 for KOER test but I haven't ran that yet just the KOEO testand the only thing I can find is for the 4WD switch that does not exist.

the code is for unmetered air. check for vac leaks (gaskets, vac lines, etc).

I'll check the vac tommorrow still can't figure the miss problem out though.when the puter is reset it goes away for a couple of days so I don't think that would be a vac prob or it would be there with the puter reset or not. thanks for the info.

Code 47 - measured airflow low at base idle. Dirty MAF sensor, obstructed air inlet to MAF sensor, bad MAF sensor. If you have a CAI, try rotating the MAF sensor housing (clocking the MAF)

you're talking about the mass air flow sensor right? mine is speed density set up. I just read the codes again the 47 is gone but now i have a 37.can't find this code anywhere.I brought my code reader inside to cool off some. maybe it is too hot keeping it in the car in the summer and is screwing it up or something or maybe my puter in the car isn't working right.

There is no code 37.

Your sig is the proper place to put your car year & mods. It helps all of us when we try to diagnose your problems. There is no mention of the year model or Speed Density in your post. No wonder you are getting misleading information.

sorry about that. it's in my profile thought it would show up with the post. well checked the vac lines for leaks and couldn't find any. took the code reader into the A/C now it's showing a pass. heat out here must of been messing it up by keeping it inside the car. reset the puter again to see if the miss would go away again like before but it stayed this time so i'm going to check the coil, plugs and wire since the TFI is good. thanks for your help.
