I have to say that one of my favorite features of my White Cobra is the tan interior that hides any coffee spills. I mean I clean them up ,its just they don't look as bad till I can to them.:SNSign:

I personally wouldnt drink coffee in my stang at all. I have ever eaten in there but i try not to do that either. food crumbs/scraps are the main reason car interiors begin to smell after time.
