How can I test the coils on my car? I now have a miss at high rpms(5000 and up).The rev and speed limiters are off plus went back to the stock tune just to make sure it wasnt them. thank you
I had a similar problem. After I had my mods done I had a slight hesitation at 3k rpms. Kept getting an engine fault code. I ended up having to replace the stock coil packs with a set of Ganatelli and all my problems went away.
hey man, i had the same problem with my 05 gt. it was doin the skip and hucky buck at around 4500+ with around 18000 miles on it. believe it or not the plugs were going south. I had the dealership change them, after that i had no problems since. I called my tuner about the plugs and he said that because of the design of the plugs they wear out quicker and they should be changed every 12 to 15 thousand miles.
