I'm getting a granatelli k member and a arms, caster camber plates, and a QA1 coilover kit. Is there anything else I would need to make this setup work?
Can stock shocks be used with a coilover kit or would I have to buy different ones? I know it would be better to get new shocks but I'm doing this on a budget.

It would be better for you to use all QA1 parts or all giranatelli parts instead of mixing them up. People I know who have used all QA1 parts (k-member, control arms, struts and coilovers) have no fittment issue. Some who have mixed these parts with other brand name parts experience fittment issues such as coilovers rubbing their tires, etc.
However you may be one of the lucky ones and have no problems with your set up.

I already have the granatelli k member. So I'll go with the granatelli a arms and coilovers just to be safe. Thanks for the tip. I still need to figure out the shocks though.

If I remember right, alot of people have advised against almost if not all anything from granatelli...

Going with anything other than the best especially for something like a k member would be a really bad idea.

Also agree with tony; go with the same company.

sell that granatelli POS and either get QA1 if you want to go straight, or get MM, Griggs or Agent 47 if you want to do twisties. dont spend another dollar with that hack Granatelli.

usually you can use/mod stock shocks to work.. but you should get a decent pair of 90/10 shocks while you have the car apart.

buy the UPR kit, it comes with everything you need and probly cheaper than what you're trying to piece together.
