cold weather cause tranny to slip??

last night i was leaving my friends house and when i got to the stop sign and took off, it kind of revv'd up then caught, it was cold out, this morning i checked the fluid level and it good,

maybe it was the clutch slipping but i wouldnt think it would be the cold weather.

Just for the sake of me saying so, you checked with with the engine running and fully warmed up???

first of all its a0d, 2nd i ran it till it got warm, and ran it threw all the gears

So does it just do it when on cold conditions and goes away as it warms up? Or did it continue? Only thing i've got (if the condition of the trans is good, fluid has been changed regularly, and clutch and band material is good) is not enough fluid pressure going through the valve body. How does the fluid look?
