colored ccfl kit?

hey guys, so i installed the AM smoked ccfl headlights about a year ago and love them, particularly after swapping out the halogens for some 6000k xenons, but i just stumbled across these today

its a bit ricey but i like green and it would go with the car, anyone know how hard this would be to install, in terms of getting out the ccfl that's already inside the housing?

I'm not positive and it may be state dependent, but colored halos are usually illegal. On top of that I think you'd have to heat the glue around the headlight and then pry it apart by the lens which could result in cracking it and ruining the headlight. Not worth it to me but it's your risk if you wanna try it.
