I am building a new motor this winter and was wandering what you guys think. I have Roush 200 ported heads and a comp cams s282 with solid lifters. It is a carbed car. I am wanting to know if I would be better off building a 306 - 302 stroker - 351W. I have to use the heads and cam because of funding. Do I need to use forged guts or does it matter. My goal is 400 hp at the crank. I run 3.73 gears. C6 with 3000 stall. The main question is the size of the heads and what block to start with.
