sure thing , just wondering why are you questioning prices here without ever being in this country its rather silly , are you shocked because labor is cheaper in a 3rd world country ?

you realy should see our shipping rates then , 50 lbs from usa to kuwait are $400+ thats why i didnt do any exhaust mods yet

Well its just that in most countries I've seen people post prices way higher than here in the US because there aren't as many shops that work on American cars. IIRC Mustangs weren't sold in Kuwait and had to be imported privatley. Correct?

I guess I would just be nervous having a shop work on my car let alone build me a motor if they haven't ever or rarely worked on a Mustangs. A motor build is a pretty serious thing and alot of things can go wrong.

Thats just been one of my pep peeves
Dude! My car runs that easy! It could go faster but I dont wana wear it out. Besides im low on blinker fluid and need new muffler bearings

Just had a douche with a SS Catfish talking crap how he could kill my Termi, saying his car can run a 10.xx but he only runs a 12 flat so he dont need a roll bar . I called him on it and he said to wait till he gets a new bump stick. If he "can" run 10's then he should have no problem kicking my arse. IDK what my car can really do but I figure its gotta be good for low 12's

LOL Why would you run 12s when they don't require a cage until 11.49?

I think with the power your car makes you should be in the high 11s with it. My buddy ran 11.2-11.4 in his pretty consistently with 500-525rwhp and hit 11.1 with it a few times.

cages are required at 11.99 at nhra tracks, unless the rule has been changed.

There is nothing wrong with a fast truck, or a 500hp truck.

If you want a truck for utility purposes, don't buy a TRD blown Tundra, TRD Tacoma, Lightning, SRT-10, or SS Silverado. It's as simple as that...

I think fast trucks are bad ass.

That TRD Tundra must be a lard ass, because stock RCSB (reg cab short bed) Tundra's routinley hit low 14's, a few mods and they are in the 13's N/A. Thats impressive seeing as it takes a blower to get a Lightning into the upper 13's.

I'd love to have an HD F-150. 4 doors, nice interior, nice exterior, and just a few bolt ons away from a potent truck.

If I were to buy a truck to haul stuff it would be one from the big three. While import trucks have come a LONG way, they still arent built like American trucks.

almost all shops here work on American cars , i just don't trust shops that friends didn't hire to work on their own cars , and about mustangs not being sold in Kuwait , you are wrong about this , we do have a Ford dealership here which sell 0 Miles mustangs and other ford vehicles , although importing a mustang is cheaper than buying it out of the dealership , i got my car out of the dealership back in 2004 with is having only 0.1 KM on the ODO and payed roughly 26k USD for it.

a new Shelby GT500 would cost around 67k and it doesn't have stripes due to laws here not allowing any kind of stripes on the cars without a permission.

I guess I would just be nervous having a shop work on my car let alone build me a motor if they haven't ever or rarely worked on a Mustangs. A motor build is a pretty serious thing and alot of things can go wrong.

i am more nervous than you are , they did build my friends 05 with 5.0 Stroker and a whipple so i doubt they are that bad.

Im more concerned about Ford stepping the game up on mustangs than thier trucks.

I could give two ****s...besides, lightnings still rule the truck game at the track.

Stock 1/4 mile times dont really mean much...I mean, theres people with 500 hp running 13s and theres people with 400 hp in the 11s.

Bolt on gt's run high 12s with gears, tires, and a hell of a driver.

Ive seen it plenty of times.

But I guess theres the other 99% of mustang gt's that run high 13s/low 14s.
