I was just wondering if anyone is running these rockers and what size lift your running. I ask this because i had to do a lot of machine work to my scorpion rockers to accept the my .620 lift cam, and now I'm going to a .700 lift cam and i don't want to have to do any machine work to them to make them fit.

iam running them on my 410ci. w/.672 lift, my engine is at a shop right now being looked over for suspected valve train issues, he found that the under side of the rocker is comming in contact with the valve spring retainer when the valve is closed. what heads and valve springs are you running??

Im running AFR 205, not sure on the specifics on the springs they have, they came from AFR like that, but they said they can handle .710 lift...

So how did/do you fix your problem you are having?

Thanks

Yeah keep me posted, i think our heads have the same size springs, so most likely i will have problems too! Hopefully it isn't anything serious.

Well i'm using them but i only have a measly .542 lift so i'm nowhere near what you're running. I haven't had any problems yet though.

with that much lift, you should be looking at a shaft rocker set up

OK that's cool, I'm just curious to see what the fix is going to be

Thanks for the info, but that's just slightly less lift than i got, lol.

I checked into that, but i just cant afford the Jesel or Harland Sharp Shaft Mounts $300 (stud) vs $1000+ (shaft). In the end i probably will end up with a shaft mount setup, but I'm stubborn enough to buy 3 sets of stud mounts before i realize i need the shaft mounts!
