compatibility of seats

I have an 1984 GT as you can see. I have the typical lean on my driver's seat. I want to replace it because its driving me nuts. I'm trying to go the cheapest way out. I was wondering if front and back seats from any 1979-1993 Mustang will be a direct bolt on. Its highly unlikely that I'll find another canyon red GT seat so maybe I can find a complete red or black interior that I can switch out. I like the Corbeaus but then I'd have to get the back seat recovered so they all match. Thanks in advance.

all front seats from 79-03 are interchangable. The rear fom any 79-93 hatch wil work. im not so sure about the SN-95 rears in a fox hatch though.

yeah I know the SN95 rear seats won't work with out some tweeking. Thanks.

The 87-93 rear won't work without some tweeking either, but it is workable. Fronts are simple as pie.

Too bad you do not live close. I have some nice burgandy red seats from my 93 Bird I do not need any more. Drivers seat is 6 way power
