You would have to have a huge bottle to make any difference and even at that it wouldnt cool things down much campared to n20 because the cooling effect of the n20 boiling during the pressure change would not be present with plain oxygen. If cooling is what you want check out cryo2's stuff

There was a post a few years back where this guy's nitrous tank blew up while in his garage. Let's just say there wasn't much left of his car or the garage. Now, imagine pure oxygen...it'd probably leave nothing but a crater in the ground.
