I have a 93 2.3 and i have a motor from an 88 turbo coupe. I am rebuilding the bottom end of the 88, what compression ratio do i want if im using the 93 duraspark head? What type of pistons should i get? going for 400 HP.

what other parts will i need. I have 36lb injectors with a 70mm mass air and 190 fuel pump a fuel pressure regulator. What type of ignition will i need for the DIS system

What kind of fuel are you gonna use? Anything 93 to 95, keep the compression under 9.5. Over 100 octane, give it compression to spool up the turbo, just make sure you got a good intercooler. One of the instructors where I teach is running a 347 twin turbo with 11.5 to 1 and 23 pounds of boost....with 118 fuel. The car runs 8.20 on drag radials!! He is making right at 1500 HP. You should be able to make 400, with MSD digital, good intercooler, aftermarket pistons, lots of port work, and a little more computer. Good luck!!
