Computer Tunning Questions

I Have a Questions that i need help in here. I have a 2000 Mustang GT
With a Automatic Tranny I have Xipe with No cats, Cold Air Kit, Underdrive Pullys, and 373 Gears, I just got the chip and gears i have Pro M new chip and i was wondering does anyone know, what is a good timing for my car and
some Good Shift Points for my car like at what speed and RPM chould it shift in cause i kno the chips help with the shifting please help me out !

so i should tune the chip to shift at what rpm and speed

for 1to2
2to 3
3 to overdrive?

and the timing why so high?

Stock timing is set at 10*, 14-15 isnt that high. Some guys are running their timing at 16*, but most are around 14*-15*. With my auto and chip I set the shifts around 5400-5600. So maybe 1-2 @ 5400, 2-3 @ 5500, and 3-o/d @ 5600?
