I currently have an A9P in my 90 gt. vert. From what i here, the A9L frees up more power and your car runs a little stronger? Is this true and will it work for with my AOD

The A9L is for manual trannies. The A9P actually has a little bit better timing curves - a lot of guys who convert to a manual leave the P in place.

JT is correct. The A9P is a good computer. I left it in when I swapped over to a T-5 and it ran great. The A9L will not free up any power and will NOT work with your AOD.
