I read on this forum that if I have injector pulsing/firing that indicates that my PIP is okay...is this true?

In case you read that from someone other than me, that is correct. The injectors would have no clue when to fire (since we have SEFI) if the PIP did not send that timing signal.

It means it's working at that time, now if these reading are during the "no start" problem then yes the pip seems to be working.

Wytstang-if it dies I can always start it back up...so you are saying it would be best for me to check for injector firing when I am having problems or basically when it dies that way I know for sure if it is working properly. Is that right? Sorry if I am a little confused.
