i am on a budget got a price on reconditioning stock rods ($96.00). found some new eagle stage 1 rods on ebay $203.00. does anyone run these or know of anyone? or should i just recondition my old stock rods

Is it an Eagle I-beam rod?

I think there forged 5130,which is about as good as a factory rod with ARP bolts.I wonder what the "Stage 1" is though,maybe a bolt up grade or something?
