If I got upper and lower control arms should I get adjustable or regular? Is adjusting really technical or simple?

Well adjustable are better as they allow you to fine tune your suspension,but they are more exspensive. Most manufacturers have recommendations for how to set their arms up,depending on use.

It all depends,do you plan on doing a lot of drag racing,where the adjustables will benefit you so you can fine tune the rear suspension,or do you just need a set to upgrade,and is better then stock,and does the job like non adjustables?
Either way,they both are better then the stock ones.

As long as you don't choose a design that will allow bind to occur

Is adjusting really technical or simple?

Adjusting is easy or comlicated, depending on how you look at it, do have to raise the car, but when you get to it you just turn the nuts, change the length, tighten up. Also you have to measure all over just to place axle where it needs to be.
