Convertible Quarter Windows ( Glued In ?)

Iam doing a little restoration to a 93 5.0 convertible , replaced all of my window bushings and power window motors but one of my rear quarter glass windows is loose in the window carriers I have removed it and was wondering if any one knew what to use to get it glued back in ( window glue ? Double sided rubber tape ? ) I have no idea what it was I scraped off the window
