Convertible seats, can they recline?

anyone know if it is possible to make convertible seats recline? is there something that can be removed? i know i will get only about 4 inches of recline but its worth it, thanks joe

i hate convertible seats if there is anyway to make them recline id like to know as well... for some reason my 85 passenger seat goes back far...but the driver one doesnt...and my brothers 93 doesnt go back either. for me it is uncomfortable bc i am so used to riding with the seat really far back in my coupe

they cant go back to far because of the trim in the back on my 91 atleast maybe they could on earlier cars!

I have an 89 GT convertible as well, and they aren't reclinable because of the rear trim/armrest for rear seat, and the power isn't for reclining , its for the lower back support that goes frontward/backward a bit.
