Converting 67 coupe to power steering.

Well this is kind of a 2 part question.

The problem is that my steering on my coupe is out of whack. Basically it takes less turns for the car to turn to the left than the right. Also it does not turn as sharp to the right. I dont know if this is simply something that can be adjusted or do I have to replace the steering box or what have. Anything I can test to see what is what?

2nd part
In the event I have to replace stuff, I was thinking of just going ahead and converting to power steering. Out side of the obvious of getting a power steering pump. What are some other things involved with that? Like what parts will I need and any other advice for me.

It sounds like your toe adjustment is out of wack, favoring one way over the other (left over right or vise versa). An alignment will take care of this. The toe in/out is adjusted by both/either tie rod sleeves.
