Side Posts Eaiser than top??? You are nuts!! But if you Really wanna make your life difficult, just swap the stock cables out for some side post cables of the same length and you are done.

i have them on my turck and i like them way better. just grab the 8mm wrench and go. no need to use the adjustablee. i think it looks a lot better as well.

they are fine till they corrode under the connection (like most GM's do) or until you need a jumpstart or charge your battery. Then they suck. My friends Oldsmobile is Virtually impossible to jump, there is no space to put cable clips and if you can get it on, the only part that is grippable is small 8mm nut.

i just jump it on the alternator. i haven't had any corrosion problems and the old battery (side posts) has been in there for 7 years. now on my stang that's a different story.

is there anyway to stop corrosion. i'll clean it all up and 2 weeks later it will be back. so very annoying.
