Thats pretty sweet.

Looks like one hell of a lot of work went into that one. I'm undecided about the modern dash though.

Here is mine. I just got it back on the road about a month ago.

The nicest all around build I've seen yet.

The quality of workmanship is stunning, as is the attention to detail, and ingenuity.
Two thumbs way the heck up!
I sure hope you have time to build a room for all the trophies this car will bring.
Man, that is really exceptional! Wow!

TX coup your car looks really neat, attention to detail allways shows.

The colour is House of colour candyapple red.

The serp drive is standard Ford, ex an 03 Aussie AU Falcon which used the 302 Windsor with crank trigger ignition. Think your Explorers did use the same motor.

I figured it had to be kandy, fantastic paint, fantastic everything I can only hope my 65 vert comes out half that good, I've never shot kandy and will probably keep it that way and go with a regular base/clear

Car is nice but the wheel selection is awful. With the right wheel/tire cobo the car can look like so much more.

Outstanding pics, outstanding car. The painstaking attention to detail shows all the way through the 'build album'.

very nice....what did the dash come from? falcon? I'm assuming since you used the RRS stuff thats a rrs rack as well? is that rack based off a falcon? if so, which model? AU, BP? earlier? just curious mainly as to what would be involved in a right hand drive conversion

One of the nicest builds EVER and someone goes off about the wheels, that's like meeting some super hot chick and saying man those are some ugly shoes, brilliant. Hope he wasn't too offended, we need people like him here.

I am also interested in your door handles. I was originally wanting do do something along the lines that you went but couldn't think of a good way to fabricate the handles. So I just shaved em. I would like to see how you did it though. Nice work.
