Cool wheels!!!

Hey guys, I am looking for some wheels.....I like the looks of deep dish wheels but I don't know of a whole lot of them. I also don't want to go with the same thing everyone else has i.e. saleen's, cobra r's, bullit's etc... So if you think you have some cool wheels that are not your everyday wheels that you see on mustangs post some links so we can all see.

Also if anyone has pics of mustangs with black wheels with chrome lips I am interested to see how they look.

im on the same page as you, everyone and their mom on here has cobra r's,saleen,bulitts,and some type of cobra wheels that are ugly in my opinion..im looking for some 18inch chrome deep dish or some black wheels with chrome lip also..but your going to be spending some money..i dont know if its worth it.

Right now i'm lookin at steeda ultralite 2's, they come in 17x9 or 18x 9.5 machined or chrome.... I'm gonna go with the 17x9 machine finish after I get my tax money back.... I think they would look pretty good on my car... I'm not sure if anyone likes these wheels too much cause i've never seen em on the road, but i like em.... so there's my 2 cents!

If you can find pics of someone with SSR GT3's, they look amazing. They have a huge deep dish chrome lip. They're expensive though. You can get them through tirerack.com for about $560 per wheel. I think they come in 18 x 9.5 and 18 x 10.5

get some weld prostar xp's.

most everyone on here is going to post bullit, cobra, saleen, roush, or steeda rims. then tell you how sweet they are. I personally think that a wheel that comes on a factory car is a "factory" rim. hence tons of people will have the same rims. It is hard to find rims with a deep dish because of the offset requirments fo the wheels. anything rear wheel drive oriented does nto have enough offset. look at weld, centerline, american racing. they offer pretty broad backspacing choices. I wanted a big wheel so I ended up settling for something different. I realy like the weld prostars xp's though.

ohh I forgot to mention if you have deep pockets try budik, boyds, billet specialties, or colorado custom. those companies make the sickest wheels hands down they are just a grip.

It's going to be "just a sweet street car" I just need new tires soon so I figured I might as well splurge and buy the wheels while I am at it.......

I have the Steeda Ultralight 2's in chrome 17 x 9. I love them. I had some Cobra R's but wanted something different...everyone has them. These are not real deep dish but are deep enough to look really good at an angle. Here is a picture...this is the only one I have of my car with these wheels right now.

I like those new falken torque 5s , the pattern is cool plus I havent seen anyone with them. don't know anything of flakens credibility though

Will it look weird if i keep my stock bullit 17*8 in front and get 17*10.5 to put on the back????
I was thinking to mount 255/45 in front and 285/40 in the back.

Another concern is :will the colors match ?
