started my car this morning and my radiator light came on so i checked my coolent level and it was low...now my question is when i checked the level i noticed a little puddle of coolent on the grount it was coming from the left side of my radiator from the bottom of it...i was doing a lot of hard driving yesterday and this past week would it be normal for it to come out from what i think is the over flow? from being driven so hard? sorry so long winded and thanx in advance.. sorry the car is a 98gt mods are upper plenum.70mm tb,cai, and o/r h pipe..and a tune

Do you have the updated intake manifold with the aluminum crossover? Of not your intake manifold is most likely cracked. New ones are $150 and you should be able to install it yourself.

It sounds like now is a good time to address cooling system maintenance (unless you did just recently). When was the last time the hoses were replaced? If the cause of your leak is a hose and you need to replace the hoses, consider replacing the intake manifold as McTeague suggested (good time to do it). Also add Water Wetter.

Sounds like your radiator took a crap, get it updated, but before all that check where the source came from because it might not be your rad...Could be hoses or intake manifold.

Maybe:
-a rock hit the radiator on the highway and made a leak
-the lower hose has split
-the lower hose has come loose
-the drain **** has become loose
-the drain **** has become damaged
