Coolant Out of exhaust after cobra intake install

I just installed a cobra intake and once I filled the radiator up and started it up, I had coolant flowing out of the bottom of my headers. My head gasket were fine before I put the intake on, so it has to be limited to the install. I made sure the head to intake surfaces was clean so now I am pissed and baffeled. Any help is appreciated

I have checked the plugs and oil and no coolant, so would that mean it would be the intake gasket? Since the intake did not have install instructions, I had to install a plug in two areas on the intake. Could that be the culprit?

Just a Basic " n00b " evaluation here , But I'd go down the checklist as you have....
But when i think of it , id be weary as to " plug " something .... What did you use to plug it ? Also , did you THOROUGHLY look over the intake ? a crack in the water passages could surely leak into the block elsewhere ? Im not tooooooo familiar as i have never seen a cobra exhaust installed , but im a little skeptical of " plugging " holes that heat up to what 4500degrees Farenheit to start ? , Anyways , More people will respond that are more familiar with the setup , but I'd definetly check the gasket itself , the " plugs " and if not , I'd say it has to be a leak in the block perhaps ?

It's pretty tough for coolant to get from the intake passages into the intake ports/heads/combustion chamber/exhaust headers without also getting into the lifter valley and the oil pan. If you have no coolant in the oil, then I doubt the manifold/head interface is the problem.

Unless you were real careful marking vacuum hoses and such, is it possible that you plugged the egr coolant line into a vacuum port on the manifold?

I know what you did, I did the exact same thing LMAO, You don't run the coolant line from the rail on the lower intake to the upper Intake manifold like you did on the stock one, you have to cap off that line & hook the vacuum canister to there.

Thanks guys , you was right. I ran the coolant line from the heater/coolant tube to the upper. The evap line is suppose to go to the upper and cap the other. Thanks again, this forum is great for help!
