Cooling fan controller

Does anyone know were the cooling fan controller is?

on an 89 mustang.

There isn't a controller on the an 89, just a switch, and its in the bottom of the intake manifold. All it does is ground the fan. In Dual plug cars, the computer controlled the fan.

Your car has a cooling fan controller. It is visible under the dash to the left of the steering column. It's a small black box. It controls your fan and A/C cycling.
